Immigration OS is a mobile app that helps you organize your immigration documents, track important deadlines, and navigate your immigration journey with confidence. Think of it as your personal immigration assistant.

No. Immigration OS is an organizational tool and information resource. It does NOT provide legal advice. For legal guidance specific to your situation, please consult a qualified immigration attorney.
Which countries are supported?
We currently support immigration processes for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. We're actively adding more countries based on user demand.
Does this replace a lawyer?
Absolutely not. Immigration OS helps you stay organized and informed, but it cannot replace the personalized legal guidance of an immigration lawyer. We strongly recommend consulting with an attorney for complex immigration matters.
Privacy & Security
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted end-to-end, meaning we cannot access your documents. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. You own your data completely.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours, with backups purged within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
Your encrypted data is stored on SOC 2 Type II certified servers in the United States. We use industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers with physical security and 24/7 monitoring.
What happens if Immigration OS shuts down?
You can export all your documents at any time. We would provide advance notice and extended time to download your data if we ever needed to shut down the service.
Features
How does the AI assistant work?
Our AI assistant is trained on publicly available immigration information and can answer common questions. It analyzes context from your profile (with your permission) to provide relevant responses. Always verify AI responses with official sources.
Can I share documents with my lawyer?
Yes! Pro users can generate secure, time-limited sharing links for specific documents or folders. You control who sees what and for how long.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for viewing documents you've previously accessed. New uploads and AI features require an internet connection.
Can I scan physical documents?
Yes! The app includes a document scanner with edge detection and enhancement. Scanned documents are automatically converted to searchable PDFs using OCR.
Pricing & Plans
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our free plan includes up to 20 documents, basic deadline tracking, and 5 AI questions per month. It's perfect for getting started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. We do not store your payment information - it's handled securely by our payment processor.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from the app settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free.
Technical
Which devices are supported?
Immigration OS is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We support iOS 14+ and Android 8+.
Is there a web version?
Not yet. We're focused on delivering the best mobile experience first. A web companion app is on our roadmap.
How do I backup my data?
Pro users can set up automatic cloud backups or manually export all data as a zip file anytime. Your data is also backed up on our servers (encrypted).
